MODEL: CA-11, AUTOMATIC CUT & FORM MACHINE FOR AXIALS / RADIALS
MODEL: CA.11.TF /CA.11.LF.TF : This is an automatic cut & form machine dedicated for processing Axial components, right from 1/8 watt to 2 watt resistors and other devices in this range. This is a table-top machine capable of handling both, loose and taped components. A special geared motor serves as the drive for the cut-form operation.High-Speed-Steel pick-up-wheels and tool-set provides an almost infinite tool-life to the machine. The machine is fully adjustable for different pitch size and cut-to-bend lengths. Change-over from one component geometry to the other takes just 5 minutes, making it ideal for production on lot basis.
A unique loose feeding hopper system is the heart of the machine, providing a trouble-free feed of components from the feeding hopper to the machine.
For changing over from loose-feed to Tape-feed (axails), one has to simply interchange the loose-feed tool module to Tape-feed tool module. (CA-11-TF/M), Or replace the hopper feeding system with Tape-feeding system.

MODEL: CA-11 Series of machines are equipped with quick set tooling making pitch adjustment simple and fast. The machine is powerd with a reversible motor to remove improperly fed components and tape. A special version of the machine, MODEL: CA-!!-TF (TD) is available for processing thick-lead components upto 1.5mm Dia. Leads. A different version of the machine can be used for components counting and tape marking after every 100 component count, without damaging the components. This is a very handy equipment for despensing at component stores.
MODEL: CA-11-TF-R : Is a motorised machine to cut (Plain-cut) radial taped-components from the tape. The taped components are trasported across the cutting station by a transport-drum and the pick-up-wheels. The cut components then drop down into the bin. This can be bought as an independent machine or as anattachment (module) with MODEL: CA-11-LF.All CA-11 Series of machine employ the same drive where various tool-modules can be inter-changed hence one can use one basic drive with different modules and save cost at a higher work flexibility.
